The Northamptonshire aerodrome regularly hosts an air racing event and this year the prestigious Kings Cup was held at the popular venue.<br /><br /> Entry to the Kings Cup race requires qualification during the season, together with successful completion of Saturdays Stewards Cup. This practice gave us twelve pilots who qualified, together with one other to swell the entry. Entries this year have been disappointingly low but we enjoyed a season high with a total of 13 aircraft taking part.</p> <p>Last weekend saw the 3R's racing at Sywell.
